I used this company to provide batteries, as an add-on to my solar panels, almost 12 months ago. The general level of service was very good and the batteries have performed better than expected. There were a few small initial problems, getting the monitoring system to work (hence only 4 stars) but these were sorted out by email within a week. Special thanks to Graham Waxman, who advised us on what to install and, unusually, didn’t overpromise on what we should expect.

Good communication at all times. The installers arrived early and completed the installation efficiently and tidily.

Courteous and informed advice. Prompt service. I look forward to getting my tariff changed so that i can use the cheaper night time rate properly.

Today I had a free inverter check, but MOST IMPORTANTLY learnt NOT to change my FIT to my new provider. I never understood, or was told that there was a difference between FIT and Export, so I'll not be changing until the FIT expires. Thank you VERY MUCH @Graham Waxman for the time you took and your patience in explaining the difference. Very enthusiastic bubbly man, whose exuberance was infectious and needed.😊 I had a great experience with getting my batteries installed over a year ago and everything has been perfect. They are easily covering daytime usage, plus still doing FIT once fully charged. Have a cheap rate with Octopus for overnight top up, so full for the next day, Often only requiring 3-4kWh.

friendly informative and no pressure from the initial phone call. which was a cold call that i don't normally entertain. every aspect of this service was polite and professional. from Sam's visit the ladies on the phone, to Jake and Harrison fitting the system. nothing was too much trouble. happily recommend. thank you everyone @ SD
