We had the pleasure of dealing with Senergy direct when we decided to upgrade our current solar panel system. All their staff, from the representative to the office staff, were lovely and polite. We’ve had a battery installed from Senergy and couldn’t be happier. The installation was fully explained to us and was carried out to above our expectations. We would recommend anyone who is looking for solar panels or battery storage, to call Senergy! We have already passed their info over to some of our friends who are looking into solar panels.

Geoff Waxman is an accomplished rep, sadly Senergy do not match the qualities. High pressure selling after first contact , no written quotations, constant demands for payment before contract looked at or signed. Constant short notice changes to any installation day. Demanded payment before work even completed, Eventually got a gurantee from Growatt direct. In short don't trust this company.

This company is not a professional outfit. Their service is terrible. Not one deadline has been stuck to. Deliveries randomly show up in the back of courier vans or random cars and left outside your property. You’re expected to run a round after everyone to find out what’s going on. 2 weeks later I’m still without a battery and they had the cheek to ask for another part payment on top of the deposit. 2 batteries damaged so far, and scaffolders haven’t turned up twice when they were meant to. I’m meant to accept that this is all outside of their control which is a joke. They need to contract with better and more reliable suppliers and subcontractors. They clearly have taken on too much work to give a decent service. They can’t even fit a bird guard at the same time as the solar panels. Electrics continually tripped and they didn’t know why. Multiple no shows despite assurances people would come. Ended up getting a small discount for the inconvenience but honestly find someone else. From survey at the end of aug finally (fingers crossed) resolved 14 October.

Very poor project management. Had to constantly chase for updates and paperwork. Athough they said our solar and battery system would be installed in two weeks it took five months claiming supply issues. No response to complaints directly.

I dealt with Jason, who was polite knowledgable and responded to queries quicky. Unfortunately I have not chosen Senergy Direct as my installer, but the service up to the delivery point has been excellent.

I must say from my 1st phone call I was impressed as it was not easy to find a time and date to see someone. Graham Waxman who visited us had a lot of knowledge which came over in easy to understand the technology of Solar Edge. He also gave us a demonstration on his phone so we could see what we would be able to see. His Installation team carried out their work in a safe and clean manner who also showed us what to expect. An excellent all round performance.
