We spoke to 3 different solar companies. Senergy impressed us the most and did a thorough review of our options. They also managed to install everything within a few days and give us a detail explanation how everything works

Compared to my previous experience with another solar company, Senergy Direct was far way the best service I had received unfortunately there was a slight mixup with the scaffolding but that was partly down to Senergy being let down with the original booking but overall the installation couldn’t of gone any smoother. Kieron the electrician was very professional polite and worked really hard on the system to get it installed at such short notice at my request. He took onboard my concerns from the bad experience from another company and promised me they don’t work to poor workmanship. Thank you Kieron for completing such an amazing job and leaving the install sleek. The roofers were so friendly kept me informed throughout the installation they even informed me about a tile that wasn’t installed on the roof correctly on another part of the building they wasn’t working on, I was really grateful because it was a new build and the builders were onsite still and came over to resolve the issue. Overall I’d recommend Senergy for your sole installation battery and hot water system. I’ve been off grid since and earning export rates that are amazing with Octopus Energy.

Enquired about a battery storage system for my solar pv installation. Senergy were very helpful in advising me what size battery would be suitable with my size system. Installation process was very smooth and the system works brilliantly. Would definitely recommend Senergy direct.

They can refund the deposit paid to them 02.02.22. Cancelled the heat pump installation May 2022. Promise after promise made to refund if we dropped court proceedings which we didn't as they didn't make the first payment as agreed. Finally taken to court 21 July 2023 and still awaiting the return of our money so should by now have a CCJ against them. If they are reading this. Pay up before the bailiffs are sent to collect

We had a cold telephone call saying that they wanted to assess our solar panel array with a view to saving us money. They wanted to sell us a storage battery in reality.. The salesman was a slick talker and with a very familiar attitude. He asked for a cup of tea AND a buscuit. It wasn't long before we realised that he had no intention of assessing our system, but he was here for one reas and that was to sell a batter. Also he was actually vaping whilst sitting on our sofa. We paid a deposit of just under £1500 . The following day we had second thoughts and rang to cancel and get a refund. We still haven't had the refund yet. Update. We have now had our refund. Senrgy Direct rang yesterday to ask us to remove this review. This type of review can be avoided if only Senergy would refund as eagerly as they take the initial payment. The paperwork that we signed stated in the event of cancellation refunds would be made within 14 days. On chasing this up we were then told 'no! It will be 28 days!!!

This is a terrible company. On every level the experience has been appalling. They are disorganised and have terrible customer service. They demanded payment before the job was complete, they left piles of rubbish in our drive and bits of metal in our guttering. Several parts that arrived did not work and took ages to be replaced but they continued to harass us for payment regardless. This is one of the worst companies we have ever used for anything. Do not use them. Since leaving this review Senergy have been in touch and have made a big effort to make up for the poor service we received. We are now fully satisfied with the installation.

Done some work for this company a few month back and have never been paid. Countless emails and calls have gone ignored or just have a cant be bothered attitude which is disgusting. Please dont use this company

I was initially skeptical about going solar, but after meeting with the team at this company, I was convinced. They were patient and informative, and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. The installation process was seamless and quick, and I am now seeing the benefits of clean energy firsthand. Thank you to the team at this company for making my transition to solar energy a smooth one.
