The representative was friendly & informative as were the office staff. The installer arrived on time & was helpful with instructions, & speedily fitted the extra batteries.

Everyone from Senergy that I have dealt with has been polite, unpushy, efficient and friendly. They have taken trouble to explain clearly how things work and helped with Apps etc. They have tidied up well behind themselves and I have confidence in their work and any future follow up.

The weather was very cold when the installation took place, but still the team installed the optimisers on my two systems. All we need now is some sun to note the difference.

Difficult to say until we see the outcome but generally the infomation given was good. Not sure about the decision that has to be made on the day or the conversations on the phone with Head Office. Polite guy who carried out the work. Very quick service after order placed.

The service was very good, except for the advice on the Feed-in tariff.
