Senergy delivered and filtered my Solar inverter and edge system. I am happy with all aspects and performance of Senergy. They were installed when agreed. The engineers were polite and the installation was completed very quickly. The office staff ensured that I had all the paperwork, guarentees and ensured that I understood how to monitor the system. I recommend Senergy Direct to people wanting to have a solar system installed or upgraded.

Assumed the manager had given us correct information. Transpires it was very different from the installers who had their own plan, very likely beause they didnt want to carry a battery pack to the loft. All is well and working fine

Very poor installation. Electrical glands not used and wires not correctly fitted. Earth cables not fitted to the batteries Insufficient support for batteries. No electrical testing carried out (leving house in an unsafe staye) and poor workmanship in general. Return visit did not correctly fix the issues. A third party electrician was needed to put things right. Senior management had very poor attitudes. Took a lot of arguing and refusal to pay the outstanding ballance to get any action. Definatly would not recomend using them

They turned up on time were helpful and knew their jobs well. The work was done quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Prompt,well organised and efficient modifications to our 11year old system and now we are looking forward to a good few years of enhanced operation.

When my batteries linked to the solar array stopped charging Senergy quickly arranged for diagnostics t be carried out and once it was confirmed that they needed to be replaced under warranty, Senergy arranged delivery and replacement. The engineers were professional, efficient and friendly.
