I had a wonderful experience at the Marylebone boutique today. I was assisted by Dimitri, who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant throughout my visit. His professionalism and attentiveness made the entire shopping experience a delight. Experience as a consignor has been awful haven’t been paid for items sold months ago. 2 of my items are yet to be returned as one has been broken?? The other is missing!! Haven’t been paid for these either don’t waste your time have contacted several times with no resolution

I got an extremely beautiful bag in a price that’s so much of a deal, l still pinch myself to see if I’m dreaming.

The consignment really pleased with. The sealed part, well they arrived with the heel of the shoe sticking out of the flimsy box. Luckily no damage. Communication was dire and when I did speak to someone she sounded like my call was an inconvenience.

Whilst I appreciate there are still areas of improvement that CSD can provide their consigners, there is one person that went above and beyond to communicate with me and resolve the status on the sale of my Chanel bag. David is kind, warm, knowledgeable and gave so much time to review and conclude the sale of the bag. He kept his word and always followed up with other departments throughout the process. CSD are incredibly lucky to have him and as long as he is with CSD, I will continue to consign future items for sale.
