I was on the hunt for a cute, vintage bag and CSD delivered!!! I saw a few options but fell in love with a nice LV bag for such a great price! I immediately placed the small bag I was carrying into my new found treasure. Although I live in the states, I’ve been telling people about my new favorite store. The sales lady was so sweet and attentive. I’ll definitely stop by and speak to her when I return to the UK.

I visited CSD for a specific bag that unfortunately had been sold. The staff, especially Dimitri, were incredibly helpful. Though I was disappointed, he showed me great alternatives and offered to notify me if a similar bag came in. Dimitri made the experience unpretentious which I find a rarity in luxury shopping today.

They work at a snails pace. Staff are unhelpful and not customer oriented. I purchased something off their website. Chose store collection. The item is actually also already in their store as opposed to the warehouse so should easily be available for collection within a few hrs IF they run a tight and organised ship within the business. Was told: “ Our team need to ensure the item is in fact in store & ready for collection. There are many checks that need to be made prior to collection” Amazingly the item is still available to buy on V. Collective being sold by CSD so they have really poor stock and online processes. Selling items online isn’t major brain surgery and I really advise to avoid buying from them as it’s slow and dated for the customer. This is why so many business fail as they can’t think to work progressively and to high standards. I have subsequently called and emailed to request my order be cancelled and refunded so I will no longer collect it. Predictably the warehouse manager “is not in at the moment and I will pass a message on” So intensely frustrating inefficient and annoying.

Dimitri was the best sales person ever. I picked up some lovely gems that I will treasure. Thank you so much, what a great shop!

CSD has been selling my items since December -23 for several thousands of pounds. The first process with sending all my items, having it priced and posted for sale online went very well, but the payouts has been a total nightmare! I’ve been asking for payouts since January non stop, and even though they finally started transferring my money I’ve had to continue to nag about. Accounting team rarely respond to emails, the owner Gamal often gave me promises he didn’t keep (on WhatsApp), but after me constantly nagging during summer and fall my backlog was finally severely reduced in September. However they still owe me about 14.000 GBP, among this two very expensive bags sold in June that they still haven’t payed out. Even though I’ve been requesting this to both Gamal (owner) and via the new head of sales, telling them how I need the money, they still haven’t payed out for these sales. I’m loosing a lot of interest money on this as well, and CSD is earning interest money of it. I have switched to Loop Generation as my go to store for consignment and I highly recommend you do the same. Payouts happen twice a month promptly, and the money are on my account the following day. With CSD payouts has taken up to 4 weeks before entering my bank account. If you read other reviews as a seller you will see this is a common problem with CSD. One review also suggest taking legal action and making a “claim court for money” approach.
