the order was not delivered. After many days chasing for an update (calls not returned etc) I was told that they ripped the dress and it couldn't be mended by the dry cleaners. I was left without a dress to wear for an important event.

My first time shopping with CSD and it definitely won’t be the last , I found a jacket I had been searching for , for over 10 years ! And at a really reasonable price . Customer care , and shipping was also extremely helpful and excellent. Love this shop !

The online team are good & responded well, but received my goods & immediately knew it wasn't the same as what Mulberry were selling directly themselves (they had the same model for sale 2nd hand too). What was strange is the person on the phone couldn't give an explanation as to how they validate against fraud - currently waiting to send my order back for them to assess again........ it's so obvious & i'm not even in the industry - such a shame as the first time i've ventured into pre-owned fashion. **edit following the notification of authentication** Don't like to air dirty laundry, but thanks for the authentication, but the bag is still different and missing some elements as per one direct from Mulberry - i have spoken to Mulberry and unfortunately it's not one of theirs. Thanks anyway, you do have some lovely bags on your site but i will be purchasing directly next time.

Beautiful jacket - great fit

CSD are criminals who have stolen my money. I returned a bag a month ago - it immediately went up for sale again but I have still not been refunded even after chasing several times. They are no longer responding to my emails. This is illegal theft of a large amount of money - avoid at any cost. Update following response from CSD: they have not acknowledged at all that they are only now bothering to process my refund after I left this review. Note that it has also taken a month - far longer than their own terms dictate and not even a sign of apology. Unbelievably unprofessional.
