The bag is very good condition for the price and the postage was also on time. This is a good shop for resale designer goods and it's great when the company offers 20 per cent discount codes on line many shops don't do that.

I’ll start by saying that it was one of the worst decisions to consign my designer items with CSD. At the start, the costumer service was second to none. I dropped off a number of my items at one of their stores, items were processed, follow up emails were sent, price estimates were given until finally items were photographed and posted to their site ( and partner sites) - this took approximately 5 weeks. A little time passed and I noticed a number of my items were not listed on their site or host partnership sites. They failed to explain they were doing a marketing event to buyers from other countries. I received this information from their sales associates at one of their shops. Following on from this I had to chase my first batch of payment for items sold, which was way beyond the (14 days return + 2-5 working days) Eventually payment came through. I soon realised that I had to keep tabs on every single one of my items and chase the CSD team for them to confirm items were sold and eventually I would receive a statement of accounts along with payment. Second payment eventually came through after I sent a barrage of emails ( they don’t respond or communicate at all ) So today, I find myself again having to chase them for payment that is overdue to me, in addition a number of my items have also been sold and I have no information. This company lacks complete integrity and zero transparency with its clients ( based on other reviews here) I spoke with a member of their team at head office today at 12noon ( by phone) who assured me that they would put my request to priority for payment to be sent out today along with an updated statement of accounts. It’s now 9.45pm and I’ve had zero correspondence from my original email sent on Monday 13th November. I have no choice but to take legal action to recover the rest of my items and monies due to me. Please think carefully before using this company.
