I have just completed on a property with RG law, and they have been excellent. I used RG law approximately four years ago to buy my first property, which went well. The property was chain free, which made the process straight forward. Four years ago, I was initially allocated to Beatie which was great. But half way through I was reallocated to Jenny (as Beatie was going on maternity leave). Jenny efficiently continued the work that Beatie started and on that occasion everything went as planned. Because of the standard and efficiency of how they handle my conveyance, I recommended RG law to several family members and friends who have since used them and have the same experience (singing their praise). So when I decided to move home last year October, I decided to use them again. Unfortunately, on this occasion I was buying a probate property. Which I was initially informed by the estate agent that the probate will be granted in two weeks, when I made an offer on the property. I was hoping to move into the new home just before Christmas. Christmas came and went and probate was not granted. I waited for seven months patiently for the probate to be granted on this property, but to no avail. During this time Rianna was very good in updating me every other weeks via email or through telephone calls. Beatie was great at chasing and giving me feedback on the progress of the probate as informed by the seller solicitors. When I called to check on the update of the application Akshaye was very helpful in checking and informing on my profile and given me updated. Unfortunately, on the seventh months I decided to pull out of the property and moved on to buy another property which was chain free. This was on the 25th May and I just completed on the 15th of August. My experience overall has been excellent, even though it has not been smooth sailing as planned. Rianna, Beatie and Akshaye were friendly, brilliant and professional. I will continue to recommend RG Law to my family and friends as the know what they are doing.
