I am very pleased with how the call went. I had never set up my Internet before and had no clue how to go about this. So I really appreciate that Liam had the patience to explain everything slow and clear for me to understand what I need to do. Definitely a great experience! Things are a lot easier to understand when people are genuine and clear about it.
