Luis has been very helpful and gave me the option to get a better internet device for a very good price. Didn't seem to have any problems whilst talking which made it a 5 star experience.

Edwin was polite and understanding went through the documents several times and went through the policy several times very patient lm old partially sighted. if you see any spelling mistakes it's because i'm using speech app thank you D sims.
