Phoned this morning expecting to speak to Virgin, but got Liam instead. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I couldn't fault him or the service he provided. He even laughed at my awful jokes! Would use this service again.

Melodie was absolutely amazing! The best customer service I have received and I usually hate talking to people on the phone about bills but she really made the process relaxing and went above and beyond for me filling in gaps where I just didn’t have the information. Very sweet women and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. If I ever need to call again I hope I get through to Melodie again. Once again thank you so much!
