After exceeding a very short return window, I was told I could not return the item in store and would need to ship it back on my own dime. This was frustrating because I didn’t intend to shop online, but when they didn’t have my size in store the employee helping suggested she order it online and have it sent to me. She did not explain the short return window. I was surprised and frustrated to find I could not only not get my money back for the item when it didn’t fit, but that I would have to pay to send it back for store credit. Even after reaching out to the online service team, nothing changed. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, but I feel the return window is too short and making a customer pay to ship something back seems too strict a policy - especially online when you likely will need to exchange. This will be the last time I shop online at Bohme.

Bought my wife a jacket that was an awful fit. Not as described. Return policy is horrible and it would have cost almost as much for me to ship it back as the return. She’s bought stuff directly from the store and was able to try it on and those items were great and looked really good on her. She will stick with in store purchase in the future.
