So I have purchased a few items from them and have found about 1 out of 3 items to my liking. But what I am more upset about is my last order. I ordered two items and I received one item in the expedited time I paid for, but the other one was delayed so I called in and they refunded the extra cost of shipping. But then it was supposedly waiting for the label at UPS and by the time it got to me it was almost a month after I placed the order. On top of that, while it was waiting for the label at UPS my return window was counting down as well. It took 13 days to get to me and you get 21 from shipping date to make your returns. Not receipt date, ship date. So that left me with 7 days to make a return. I tried to get it fast by paying extra but that didn’t work and now I lost decision time because of their slow shipping. Offered me a merchandise credit but paying for shipping and probably (they didn’t say) the restocking fee. Most online stores dont calculate from ship date, so this may very well be the last item I order.

The clothes are well made, however, a big problem is that I can't get xs in dresses that I want, they are all sold out. Can you order more xs?
