I absolutely love the quality of bohme. It's one of my favorite online boutiques and I have been so pleased with every item I have purchased. Top tier!

Overall the clothes are expensive and the quality is not that great. So many items have to be hand washed.The selection has also gone down over time as well. I used to love Bohme but find me and my girls have lost interest over time. Weird clothes and kind of redundant.

The customer service is oh so nice! Love your selection and prices and especially love the way the store always smells incredible!

I've shopped here quite a bit over the years but I did not realize they charge a 8.99 restocking fee now. This is absolutely ridiculous! The last two orders I've placed I've also noticed everything is more cropped and seems to run smaller than it used too. So I have to pay 8.99 every time I return because your clothes don't fit? No thanks.

Returning only for store credit automatically makes me think that you don’t back up the items you sell. It’s like you know you are selling cheap clothes.

I almost always love shopping at Bohme. Love the clothes and the service is usually great too. I did have to wait 3 weeks to get my dress this last time I ordered even though it said it was “in stock.” But other than that…everything was great! I love that returns can be credited back to my card rather than in-store credit only. That’s a huge plus over other boutique stores. Even though I know I will be back to shop, it’s just nice to get your money back.

This should be zero stars. I ordered a dress paid for it and when it arrived, I did not like it. I did not even try it on and sent it back intact with the tags and packaging the same day. The company not only kept a restocking fee which I expected but said the dress was not saleable. What ridiculousness. DO NOT BUY FROM BOHME!!!!!!!
