Bad customer service. Refused to accept responsibility or even assist for damaged items. Ended up ignoring me actually. Was not what I was expecting from them, since they position themselves as a luxury site. Net-a-porter and other similar sites immediately offer to replace or fix for free. Also, they claim to have worldwide express shipping but I didn’t receive a single shipping update for 7 days until I had to email them myself. They do not provide any tracking info nor any updates besides the initial payment confirmation email. Won’t use ever again.

Took a little longer to get my belts but the customer service was helpful and the products are great. Will shop here again
