Really deserves the 0 ‼️⚠️ Be careful! TRAP International customers 1) I The photos on the site are misleading. For example, I received a ring the size of a baby's thumb. 2) Taxes and customs are not included ! After you entered international address , there is NOT EVEN a reminder of potential taxes 3) Only half of my order has been shipped and I have no news on the rest of my order. Customer service is the worst I've had to deal with, in addition to being contemptuous, they are appallingly dishonest.

I bought a necklace

I bought a necklace, once it arrived it was ' gold ', I thought I had clicked of ' silver ' but apparently had not. I contacted Thahed via email, Amina was amazing, it must be a faulty setting, but I was assured and anew silver necklace was sent to me. The communication was great, the necklace is gorgeous. I genuinely appreciate the great customer service, Amina was brilliant.

Don’t buy!!!!!! They sent defective goods, after the return did not return the money. Asked to send a document about the transfer of money and did not send anything. It’s the worst experience of shopping.

Someone stole my credit card info and bought $3,000 worth of items with this store. When I reached out to them to let them know what happened they accuse me of lying. Thank God my credit card company refunded me the money.
