I sent several requests via email and chat to return an item, and they’ve all been completely ignored. They should have said all sales final instead of falsely claiming to have a return policy.

Although it seems to be a European website, my item was sent from Kuwait and therefore Inhad to pay extreme high import cost at DHL. These cost were not announced by the webshop, so hidden extra costs! They do not provide information when you want to return your item. So therefore return was at my own costs.
