It’s an amazing website for luxury purchase. I ordered a Jimmy Choo, though I struggled to track order since they were working on their website, it didn’t provide any order related information. The customer service was amazing and cooperative to help me get details of my order. They delivered the order within 3 days. I am definitely shopping more from THAHAB.

Don't waste your time on this site to purchase your desired item. Ordered twice different items. First time they came back to me with a claim that the specific item is sold out and they cant sourse it anywhere . Then they proposed to purchae a similar item for a much higher price, which didn't match my expectationts, eventially I had to cancel the order for a full refund. After a week I found another item on their site ,purchaed it and again , they came back to me with a same claim of sold out item, althouht it was advertised .Eventually I just asked to cancel the order and will never waste anither minute on them.

اول مره اطلب منكم و واجهت مشكله بعمليه الطلب تواصلت مع الخدمة الهاتفية و كانو اسرع من مايكون بتجاوبهم كلمتني ( الموظفة نانسي ) وكانت معاي خطوه بخطوه لين اتمام الطلب بنجاح سعيده بتجربتي الاولى بسبب تجاوب الموظفة الرائع كل الشكر لها و ان شاء الله يوصل طلبي بسرعة 😁
