Very helpful salesperson, advised what we needed. Installed quickly and with little mess. I had 10 panels, inverter and one storage battery. Could have done with this being linked to the hot water tank, which would have stopped us sending power back to the grid. I then purchased a second battery, which meant that we sent less back to the grid.

Sales process good. Install team and electrician polite, efficient and tidy.

Eco Energy were excellent from start to finish. The salesman was well groomed, polite and delivered his pitch well and ensured we had time to ask questions pertinent to our installation. We were kept well informed about delivery of the panels and the electrical installation. The panel installers were tidy and installed all our panels (25) in less than a day. Electrical installation was exceptionally tidy. All in all we are delighted with our experience - it could not have been better!

The company were only responsible for installing the storage battery as we had previously had panels installed. They gave me a very good deal on the battery and have been very helpful ever since,particularly with handling the new version of the feed in tarriff with my electricity supplier.
