Incomplete job and they have stopped communicating via email or taking calls. They have damaged my property - carpets, board cut out of my bathroom wall (they cant tell me why), windowsills, one window can't open, missing skirting boards, damaged bathroom light and ceiling with an electric cable running on the ceiling from the installed fan to the light fitting. I don't know what to do. I wish I had never heard of this company.

I have received multiple calls a day and several text messages during the last week from this company. Despite me informing them that I am not the person they mentioned in the texts and phone calls they continue to call my number and seem incapable of removing my number from their system. One caller was particularly rude when I asked him to remove my number. If it is a case of mistaken identity or even just a wrong number, it should still be up to the call centre to correct their mistake.

Eco-Energ recently fitted us with an Air Source Heat Pump and solar with battery storage. Their in-house engineers, Matthew and Alex, carried out the entire work very professionally, and I can't rate them highly enough. The whole job was carried out in a very professional manner and always very tidy without any issues. I Would recommend ECO_Eng to future clients.

A great experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout by every contact. Fitters were fast and efficient, they travelled from the other side of country and were very friendly. They did not have all the fittings and had to adapt accordingly and did a good job.

From start to finish I was very impressed. The company representative Nathan was very knowledgeable of the process and the workings of the solar panels, explained the process in easy to understand terms, no hard sell tactics. I took a few days to think about it and when I did decide to proceed I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. The installers arrived at the allocated time, got straight to work, kept minor disruption to a minimum, and tidied up after themselves. The same can be said about the employee who connected the system. I would highly recommend this company if you're thinking of installing solar panels from the office staff to the installers/connectors all very helpful and did what they said they would do, hard to find a company who does what they say and put the customer first.

We have had a solar panel installation done from Eco Energy and it has been smooth from start to finish no pushy salesman (which puts me off straight away) the installation guys were quick tidy and efficient, the office staff any time I phone are polite and helpful the whole experience has been great!!
