Appalling Service Levels

I had Placed an order on the 3rd of April, based on the fact the site had stated that it was in stock, 2 weeks later, after having chased the order, i was informed it would take a further 5-7 days, then to be advised on the 26th April we would receive the product on the 02.05.23, it is now 03rd July, still no product, when you try to call, are advised (by their automated service) you are no. 2 in the que and left for a further 20 mins-half hour, no one answers the phone and the website is down for repair, i wish to have my money back, the service is appalling, for a health company to provide this level of service shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Appalling Company

Appalling Company. Have not paid us for over £1,000 of goods. No answer to emails. No answer to phone calls. No apology. Not even an acknowledgement. Do not trust this company or any company registered at 665 North Circular Road (Dominion House) or owned by WEINBERGER, Nachum Yoel.

no communication or customer services

no communication or customer services - placed an order over 2 weeks ago, had no confirmation or reply to my multiple emails and I have rang every day and been on hold for over an hour every time just for the line to cut off. Its almost like the company is no longer active.

Over a month and no item

Over a month and no item, no response after initial email stating they were awaiting stock and ETA was a few days no refund and can't get through on phone line will be going down trading standards route

Original order in March 2023.

Original order in March 2023. Advised delay when I contacted a month later. I was told it would be soon in stock and delivered on 2 occasions. Requested refund in May. I am still awaiting this. I have now spent over one hour on hold trying to get through on phone line . The automated message seems to bear no relation to time put on hold. Update. 29/6/23. Despite endless waits on phone and several emails. No response. I think this company has ceased trading. Website is under reconstruction. If not the customer service is appalling. That’s £128.28 down the drain. Do not buy from this company
