Have still to receive my order

Food is fine, but I had to phone up to get my order processed. There was some issue with my code: the website accepted it initially, but wouldn't process my card payment.

I was really pleased with the speed of the delivery but the shakes are just too sweet for me!

Very good service. Fast displace and fast delivery. Was kept updated regarding the delivery. Items packaged very well rather heavy box so be aware of that. Food tastes amazing and is very filling.

I'm on the full package and it's lovely not having to worry and fret about food.

most things are great, but I'm not as keen on the protein cookies.

I chose the 12 week plan with porridge and shakes and one meal of my own each day but having tasted the porridge and shakes I find them much too sweet for my taste and the porridge is so thin! Having paid for the first month it seems I am stuck with the three month order although I have been able to cancel the porridge but only to receive more shakes! Beware if like me you haven't got a sweet tooth.

Fantastic delivery time, around 24hours, top notch! Love the shakes, nice and thick, not watery like a lot of protein shakes I've had previously. The soups are very tasty, my only slight reservation are the cookies, very, very sweet, and an odd texture like a cheap protein bar (Think Lonsdale bars from sports direct). Otherwise, very happy, and would use again, substituting the cookies though that is personal preference.

Food is tasty and ready in minutes. Just add your own salad, veg or rice. portion control is a big help as it is too easy to eat everything you cooked even if it is a large plate full. Ideal for working couples arriving home late and stops temptation of collecting take away food on the way home. Shakes are ok, but I dilute mine with milk/water 80/20 and ice cubes and use double the liquid to share adding a little more vanilla essence or 1/4 banana to boost the flavour. Porridges are ok. Snacks not bad but work out expensive when ordering seperately

Only recieved my 1st delivery of the 12 week plan today, very quick delivery although I was missing the cookies, I sent an email to customer services and they phoned me back within half hour or so to let me know they are being sent out to me so very pleased. Have not tried any products yet as start my diet tomorrow but the meals all look very well presented. Overall am very happy and look forward to slimming down with the help of weight to go!
