Very speedy delivery

I choose this plan as a kick start to loosing weight, the ordering and delivery process were exceptional, fast efficient and timely. I found it quite hard the first few days with the calorie allowance but it has got easier. I like that you can choose your flavours and the different things you can make with the shakes, esp the puddings! I am not a fan of the strawberry but the other three flavours are delicious. I have initially lost quite a lot of weight and the inches are dropping off. I would reccomend this product to anyone wanting a kick start to loosing weight
