Definitely working but i found hard to stick to the plan as dinners a bit borringove soups could eat them all the time.after 1,5mth i lost 11pounds .happy chappy xx

I've used Weight to Go diet foods for a few years and tried several other brands. There is none better in my opinion but it's all down to you regarding weight loss.

OK so I have cheated and adapted this diet to suit me but I have still lost a stone in 5 months. I love it. Really tasty soups and meals. I can order ones I like and avoid those I don't like but still eat different meals every day. Wonderful.

I just started shakes 2 days ago and can ready feel I have lost bit of weight, trousers feel slightly looser. I am on the flexi plan, so 3 shakes plus healthy dinner and snacks up to 600 kcal. Shakes are really tasty and easy to prepare. Various things to do with the such as smoothies, ice cream etc. Would recommend this diet to anyone.
