Delivery fast, web site easy to use, shakes taste ok easy to drink.

Ordered my order on the 2nd and it was advertised that if ordered then it would be delivered on the 7th as it was over the easter break. On the 7th received an email saying that it was being packed and would be out on 48hr delivery afterwards! So obviously not happy as was my only day off and was unable to be in for delivery. However phoned the customer care number and the woman put mine and my boyfriends order on for 24hr delivery! And it was there by 12pm the next day! Fantastic service I would say and the food is great too!!

I have been on all diets that exist without luck. And where I manage to lose some weight, as soon as the diet ends, the weight pile back on again with extras. The meals and soups are great and tasty, but the snacks does not taste nice at all. There is a lot to choose from with the meals and soups, and I lost 1 stone in the first month. I had to take a break due to the Lent, but I am back on it now, and I hope to lose even more. I will definitely recommend it. The only issue I have is the snacks, and also there was a promise to get phone calls for the 12 weeks plan, but I did not receive any phone calls. Having said that, all in all, it was an great plan.

I have lost 4stone in a year on weight to go , and would recomemed it to anyone trying to loose weight , there's just one thing , you will find the meals and shakes to good to stop after as they are chef made a good value for money , the firm is also very helpful , with anything you want to know , I do ride my bike as well each day , for exersize but feel so much better for it , that its never a chore to do , Thank you to all At weight to go for he help it has given me to lose an maintain the weight lost and will still continue you on it ! It is very early days for me but so far the service has been excellent and the food tastes good . I think for the first time I will get my weight off and be able to keep it off.

I originally bought this product from ideal world I was disappointed when I received it as there was eight shakes missing and they couldn't replace them and they offered me a £10 voucher so I reordered it straight from the supplier and I wasn't disappointed as the service was second to none they kept me informed as to when it was being dispatched to when I would receive it. This is a great product I've been using it now for six weeks and lost sixteen pounds and I would highly recommended it.
