I rang up to check up on my order and the person i spoke to was very polite and gave me all the information i needed. My order arrived promptly, I made a milkshake straight away just to see what they are like and they are delicious.

I started on the pay weekly one week ago. Today I called up to find out where my next box as I only have food left for today. I was told when I called up that nothing has been sent because my card was declined. This happened despite me receiving and email last week to confirm the dispatch date of my next box, from this I assumed there were no issues. Now I am going to have to take a break in the diet plan because nobody bothered to notify me that the card was declined. If this happened when the first attempt for payment was made the problem could have been resolved and my diet would be continuous. Disappointed and feel let down.
