I was looking forward to using the micro bars to support my diet. However, the time taken for the order and delivery to reach me was 6 working days. For a nutrition product this time scale is too long. I live in Scotland, just a few miles from Edinburgh so the criticism is perhaps with the courier? I need a more responsive service, sorry! Shame. It was disappointing have to wait 7 days from placing the order for the delivery, I would have liked it sooner so I could get on and start the Plan but it arrived today so now looking forward to trying the different replacement meals.

As above very happy so far as food all seems great and not feeling hungry. Good price too. Looking forward to finally shifting some weight! Delivery could have been quicker (8 days) but bank holiday in between so maybe that held it up. Had to chase it up to make sure the order hadn't been forgotten.

I ordered the 126 shakes hamper from Amazon. They were great at delivery keeping me informed by text. But there was no shaker when I opened the box.

I have found the weight to go regime very easy to follow and have not felt hungry at all, my first week I have lost 5lb and am very pleased. I hope to continue with similar results. WTG Weight to Go !

When I first spoke to a representative from your Company, her attitude was rude and abrupt. Hence why I have not rung back to speak to her again. I am an MS suffer and get people li-ing to me on the phone every day, trying to sell me things and I have lost a lot of money in the not too distant pass. So I am very defensive speaking to strangers. I will not speak to (name) again, but her colleagues were very approachable. So I have decided to stick with my diet and I have been doing very well on my own so far. I can't work and live on benefits and this diet is very expenside.

This is without doubt the eating plan ive been waiting for..,early days after excitedly waiting for my delivery to arrive.. helped by great customer service..Am on day 4 and every meal has been different this far .. As a vegetarian this is refreshing and Sooo looking forward to reviewing again in a years time- hopefully a whole persons weight lighter .. Way to go .. Weight to go 😀
