I purchased a pack of shakes, just add water, very simple and tasty. I was worried as they only make a glass, but while they were not filling, I did not hunger for anything else. The chocolate flavour requires a lot more mixing than the other varieties but not really an issue. I will weight (sic) and see if the results warrant the enthusiasm.

I'm usually a fan of fresh home cooked food but due to various health issues have really struggled to look after myself properly lately, have gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of energy. I saw this on half price offer and thought I would try this as I was tending to eat very little then binge on sweets! I don't usually like ready meals and stuff but these are really delicious and so easy. Highly recommended to help get back on track if you're too busy or sick to cook or have list control of your portion sizes or frequency. The accompanying 'weight loss course' is a little patronising but based on sound principles and not a 'fad' diet like some of the powders and shakes that you get.

I've ordered a food pack of cookies, soups, meals and protein bars. Not really enjoying the strawberry and white chocolate cookies I'm really finding them too sweet(very surprised to say this as I've a terrible sweet tooth plus I'm impartial to cookies)· Meals and soups are gorgeous and very filling. Butternut squash soup is my personal favourite plus the chicken casserole and very filling. Protein bars are very good and some interesting flavours which is nice. Love the milkshakes too and already noticing a difference with my weight loss, thankyou weight to go
