Very helpful company - 3 month food course is well worth the money - if you stick to it you will lose weight. Communication throughout is excellent.

Im still on the Pre-op plan of shakes and soups so can't say about the main meals for the post op yet, but its easy to follow the shakes and soups. Shakes may not be as creamy as others but taste good and the soups are delicious! In my opinion well worth buying. Stops the hassle of trying to make your own diet plan, quick and easy to make the shakes and just 2 minutes in the microwave for the soups. Ideal!

Having been at deaths door with heart problems , I have had a metal aorta valve fitted and now need to lose a lot of weight. I am on my second day of dieting and I am surprised how I feel so full.
