I ordered literally hours before their bank holiday half price offer started so rang and they sorted me out,so great customer support. Tried the food before and I like most of it but could do with some more new meals now.

Ordering was really easy, I left a message as I was late in calling, but someone got back to me. I was not sure of all the products available so we went through each one, and I decided if it sounded like something I would like. I didn't have to worry about calculating how many of each I would need that was done quickly as we chatted. I was actually on holiday so delivery was delayed till I returned home. I Recieved my boxes the day that was agreed and everything was neatly packaged with easy to use instructions. I'm very happy with the service given and would recommend to anyone thing of useing these products.

I lost 3 stones in 5 months following their programme. I am a vegetarian and the options available are delicious, especially the Spicy Vegetable Dahl, which I continue to buy because it's my favourite microwave Asian dish, diet or no diet. Orders are usually delivered next day.

You still need self discipline !!But the product is very good,especially because you can chose your foods.That makes it much easier!

I'm a 37 year old male, 5"11 and started this programme at a heafty 17 stone. The food is really good, and as I only eat Halal, I have been really pleased with the variety and flavours of the vegetarian meals and soups. Soups are thick and satisfying, the cookies are delicious and special mention goes to the shakes which I love to blend with fruit (chocolate shake blended with ice, a banana and a handful of blueberries is my FAVOURITE breakfast). I have a very busy job with long days and this plan fits in with me so well meaning I am eating healthy balanced meals convieniently every day. I do find the 1000ish calories a day is too few for me, so I do add extra vegetables and fruit throughout the day and sometimes a bit of cottage cheese with my dinner to bring me up to about 1400 calories, which is ideal for me. I use a great app in conjunction with the plan called MyFitnessPal, this allows me to acurately log my calorie intake and those burned by either a gym session or a just a 30 min walk after work, this is really motivating for me, just 4 weeks in I have just about shifted my first stone and I'm looking forward to losing the remaining 4 I am aiming for. Thank you Weight to Go, it's the diet that doesn't feel like a diet and is really working. From a very happy customer.

My sister used this company that was a recommendation in itself really .. Now I have and I can honestly say they have been fantastic ! Back up brilliant vitamins arrived promptly no issues at all !! One happy lady .

Really pleased with everything. I loved having the two bonus snacks but was unclear if should have and if so when. Ate them in the 7 days but they weren't mentioned in the info? Fast and efficient delivery. Would like option of something oven baked just for change in texture.
