Delivery was very fast and order was all correct. Had reason to contact the customer service department with a few questions and got a prompt response that answered my questions. The only thing I would say is that some paperwork wasn't with my order and I was told it was being reprinted and would be sent out to me in a couple of weeks. I think that perhaps telling customers with their order or via email so they don't think something is missing would be helpful. Only on day three but going well so far....look forward to seeing the results at first weeks weigh in! Food is good so far, but obviously haven't tried everything yet!

Unfortunately found the carbs/sugars too high and blood count spiked badly and still hadn't dropped sufficiently after 2 hours. Also savoury dishes tasted far too sweet.

Love to use Weight to Go when I want to lose weight quickly. Meals are the best I have tried and believe me I have tried them all! I even have them with friends for lunch etc. as they are all delicious. The protein shakes are low calorie but extremely filling. My latest craze is using my nutribullet with the shakes, which allows me to add fruit - even veg to create delicious smoothies.I follow Helen and make lattes with ice cubes and milk (I know you should use water but love my milk). I actually keep the meals and soups available all the time as they are very convenient to prepare - just 4 mins in microwave!

I am happy to say that Sue from Weight to Go contacted me immediately and has assured me that I can return unwanted food packs for a refund. Many thanks for the excellent customer service. I would like to add that the reason the food box wasn't worth my while was because I have had a Gastric Bypass. I believe that anyone wishing to lose weight without the drastic surgery would benefit from this diet. It could not be easier, no weighing, calorie counting, planning etc.

There's lots of food choices to choose from. My order came in time. The food are very tasty and filling.

Great product and a quick delivery if they get the delivery address correct. I always tick the box for delivery to go to a different address from my residential but this fails to happen and I now have to ring up to amend it each time! Very frustrating. Great product, would be better without the hassle of poor system set up.

My cookie meal plan arrived the day after i ordered it so i could get started straight away. The meals are small but tasty and the shakes better than i ecpected. Pleased with the variety of options for veggies. My nect months supply should be sent automatically - so i hope that goes as smoothly. Thanks roll on weight loss
