I was expecting powdery soups so was very impressed soup was lovely and there was a fair range of vegetarian food all of which was nice in fact I'm going to order some more meals and soups this afternoon Not so keen on milkshake or cookies preferred meals but good as alternative for someone with a sweet tooth

Can not believe how tasty weight to go pouches are, easy to order and easy to prepare must admit I am still a little hungry at the end of the day and am having an extra piece of fruit and I do have extra veg with my evening meal to be able to stick it. Don't know the results of my first week yet but feeling good!!!

been miserable for long time about weight and couldn't seem to get motivated to eat healthily which I know how to do but wasn't for some reason! Weight to go is just amazing. Very hard some days, you do feel hungry sometimes, but something just makes you stick to it (no room for aww I'll just have three bags of low fat crisps and Ill still be sticking to my diet!) Also still having a couple of bottles of wine at weekend (know you are not meant to but am a full time teacher with 2 young children and very much look forward to this) and weight is still falling off! Just love it. 2 and half stone in 9 weeks, 2 and half to go - haven't done any formal exercise yet but plan to start next week now am at halfway point. Oh and food is lovely! Thank you : )

A really good experience with the ordering process and delivery communication. I agree with other reviews about getting the next deliveries few days before the expiring of the first box not to stay without food for a breakfastcor more.. but not a big issue.It is a very convenient programme because u don t need to spend extra pennies in food if you decide to get the monthly package. Quite tasty considering the long expiring date of the product. It could be better with a bigger variety of main meals . And i say this because my plan is to have it for the next 3 months and knowing the product based on my past experience i like only 3 particular meals. But i know this is my personal choice. Generally speaking i don t like cookies but at the moment there s no option against them if you buy a monthly programme and a year ago one could just get the shakes instead.. Why not put an option of crackers or salty snacks instead.... just an idea....

My first delivery arrived on a Monday so, naturally I began the programme on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised at the tastiness of the food and found it easy to follow. The cookies are ok but not great and not worth the enormous amount of calories, but that's my choice I prefer to stick with 3 shakes. My only criticism was that my second delivery didn't arrive until Tuesday afternoon (what was I supposed to do for breakfast & lunch?). I understand that you have no control over the delivery van but perhaps you should give some thought to having the delivery arrive a day early as a matter of course. Overall I was pleased with the diet itself and shall continue with it.
