Quality products, quality company. Excellent customer service if needed!

I have been very happy with my snow wireless whitening system. It works so well, I don't need to use it very often. When I placed my first order, I had an issue with a duplicate order being sent, and the company took care of it right away. I've had my system for not quite a year and the charger stopped working. I was bummed and assumed I was just out the money... But they asked me for details of the situation and quickly sent me an entirely new system! I think they are a company with integrity and I would buy from them again and recommend them.

I had high hopes for these Whitening Strips, but they are not clearly made for people with very small teeth. I don't have large teeth, but the strip did not cover all of my upper teeth at all. The bottom one started dissolving before I had it in place, and the results are minimal, at best.

All I have purchased in the past is good and only write good reviews but not happy with my new blue LED toothbrush as I feel the brushes are too soft. My husband does a better job (over 5 minutes brushing) with his manual toothbrush and I don't feel my teeth are getting clean because the brushes are too soft and I need to return this or willing to exchange for a mouthpiece LED type as my husband can use that. I love the one that plugs into my cell and then the cordless one even better. Thanks for good service and Hi to all in Arizona with its lovely dry climate. We just moved from Denver to Fort Myers, FL with hurricanes and brutally hot and humid summers but now in perfect "snow bird" winter weather.

I purchased Snow's $99.00 starter kit. The Blue light mouth piece broke on the third use. I returned it and was sent a new mouth piece it lasted a week and broke. Now it is impossible to get anyone from Snow to contact me about a refund. Very poor customer service.

Another disappointing product! Does not and will not give you paper-white teeth!! Only gives you a shade—maybe two shades brighter! My teeth were already pretty white to begin with, but it did not reach my expectations, just like any other teeth whitener!!! I even used it up to 3 weeks (21 days) which is when you’re supposed to see the greatest difference! It did not meet expectations! I used it consistently! And was shocked it did not live up to It’s claims!
