Horrible customer service and shipping process. I have waited over 3 weeks for a product I was charged for. When I reached out for an update I was then told the item was out of stock. Please do not waist your time or money with this company you won’t receive your order.

First and foremost great company I’ve been with for YEARS now. I accidentally purchased a reoccurring subscription for whitening pens and didn’t realize it. I noticed a $40 withdrawal from my account & contacted customer service immediately. They canceled the order process to refund the balance to the original form of payment method, as requested with no issue for my mistake! Thank you!

I've been so satisfied with all of the products so far - from the purple serum to the whitening kits, I've loved it all! I tend to have sensitive teeth, but each SNOW product I have used has left my teeth feeling clean and without sensitivity! Wonderful company. My sister had been using their whitening mouthpiece for some time with great results and bought me one as a gift. I only used it a couple of times before life got in the way and then I was dealing with bereavement which made me unwell. I just got around to trying the mouthpiece again and found it didn't work, but at this point it has been a long time since my sister bought it for me. I emailed Snow and they replied within a couple of days and posted me a replacement even though I am a UK customer. They even included a gift of dental floss. I have been having such an awful time they couldn't have realised how much this would mean to me. It is so rare to find a company who still value customers and respond personally. Thank you so much Snow. The kit also works great. My sister's teeth are so white and I can't wait to use my new kit and make mine the same. :) x

Love all the products so far especially the toothpaste with the powder used in combination. Gives you that “just walked out of the dentists office clean” feeling.

I called to speak to a representative to find out when my order will be delivered. But, with the automated service I found all of the details without providing any information but, simply calling from my cell. More companies should use such technological structure. Thank you Snow!!!
