The customer service process was swift and professional. I am impressed with the agent's politeness and consideration. They even apologized for my inconvenience. My Gen 2 toothbrush was not holding a charge. After sending a video of the issue, a replacement was shipped out to me. From this interaction, I can honestly say that Snow Cosmetics customer service has integrity. Would reccommend.

Snow not only has great products but the customer service is wonderful! Had an issue with the LED light and they answered immediately and are sending me a new one. The response was quick and efficient! Great company!

Snow is a product that lives up to the hype for whiting and brightening teeth, needs to be used according to their instruction's and you will be ordering again. They are easy to contact via email, they answered quickly and resolve your issues according to policy which is on the website. Very pleased.

I purchased the starter kit. I used the gold pen, which has the higher concentration of the serum. Within a week I noticed my teeth getting whiter. I then used the silver pens, which has the lesser concentration of the serum. I would highly recommend a person to give it a try. It's reasonably priced compared to other products on the market. I would use the gold pen first, then the silver pen for maintenance. The only negative I have, is there was no instructions in the kit on how to work the pen. How much serum should be on the brush. For example, I did two turns on the pen, until I saw the serum at the bottom of the brush. I would also like a recommendation in the instructions on how often I should use the product.
