05.02.25 Kan nu med sikkerhed sige at jeg er blevet snydt. De har godt nok skrevet. Men jeg har hverken varen eller pengene. 27.12.24 trods det imødekomme svar, og de har fået varen retur. Her jeg ikke hørt noget, de svare ikke på mail. Så blev det min tur til at blive snydt. De har trukket penge, jeg har ikke fået min varer. Det er et fupfirma i Hong Kong som udgiver sig for at de har lager i dk. De lover 2 til 3 dages levering.

Upon receiving the wireless mouthpiece…

Upon receiving the wireless mouthpiece case, I wasn’t sure if the product came fully charged so I went ahead and charged it. The blue light didn’t stay on long, so I assumed it was charged. Later that evening before bed, I went ahead and used the mouthpiece but it didn’t even stay on for the full 30 minutes. I went ahead and pressed the button again but it only stayed on for 10 minutes. So I pressed it again and finally my 30 minutes was up but had to turn it on one more time. I went ahead and charged it again. Which, it did earlier, just charged for about 5 minutes. The next night, I put in the mouthpiece and it only stayed on for 13 minutes. So I went ahead and emailed customer service. Angelique was so awesome. She helped with all my questions and the exchange process. Hopefully I’ll receive my replacement soon since the exchange said the product I was replacing was sold out.

Someone considerate for a pleasant change

So far, so good. I am being sent a new product since it seems the one I was received was defective. Joyce in customer support took care of me with efficiency and consideration. Very impressed.

Snow Whitening Kit and Powder

I bought the snow whitening kit and the snow powder. Neither worked for me. I am extremely disappointed. My teeth and gums are very sensitive and I was afraid the whitening kit would hurt but it didn’t. I used it multiple times but it didn’t whiten my teeth.
