Feedback time is very slow

Feedback time is very slow. I haven’t had the time to use the products enough to have a strong opinion about their efficacy, but I reached out after 3 business days since I hadn’t received any update regarding my order only to wait a couple more business days to get a canned response. It would have been nice to at least hear something like an apology for delayed processing time, a reason for the delay, and an estimate of how long before the order would finally ship. Instead, I got a “we’re pleased to inform you…” which was honestly kind of insulting and patronizing, as if I were some child in need of pacifying with a generic reply (a slow one at that). Overall, it seems customer service could use an revamp because it comes off as disingenuous, disengaged, and disheartening.

Can only review TrySnow.com customer…

Can only review TrySnow.com customer service and their defective devices. I ordered their products and received. I charged the wireless mouth device (followed the directions) and it was defective and would not work. I contacted them by their page 3 times and left a voicemail. Took 6 days to respond and their response was a link for return. No sorry, no let's work together to fix this, nothing. I'm mailing back to Snow for a full refund not a replacement, would not do business with terrible customer service!!

Excellency

I’ve always seen ads and finally gave it a try by purchasing a product that I wasn’t too thrilled about after trying. The company reached out to me to try an alternative option, which I did end up liking better. They followed up again to see how that product worked out for me, which I greatly appreciate. Great customer service can be hard to find sometimes, so I appreciate SNOW.

I had ordered a replacement part online…

I had ordered a replacement part online that somehow got hung up in the mix. I contacted customer service via a reply to the original confirmation email truthfully expecting to be avoided or ignored due to the small cost of my replacement and was immediately contacted back with a resolution (Caroline). To say I was both surprised and delighted is an understatement. Very impressive and appreciated professionalism.

SNOW… I love you

SNOW is such a fun and enjoyable company to work with! Not only are they kind and intentional, but the products really do speak for themselves! I have the SNOW electric toothbrush, the morning and night tooth pastes, the diamond whitening kit, purple instant teeth serum, and the toothpaste tablets and have loved every single one of them! They all have great results and are fun and easy to use!
