I ordered 2 whitening kits and a few other things but received only 1 kit. I reached out and Linda responded in 5 days promptly sending me over another one. I love their products and their service. Other whitening products hurt my teeth but never with Snow. Customer for life

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever…
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Ordered a toothbrush and it was missing from the package. I also bought the order protection insurance but it doesn’t matter since they won’t even respond to you. I emailed and called and made tickets over a week multiple times and no response.

100% great customer service
The immediate response to a defective mouthpiece e-mail started the interaction off perfectly. Made the whole thing very simple. A new replacement was in the mail that same day. Very helpful. And I love the product!
zero response from customer service
I actually love the product, but I had a problem with my last order and no one from Snow customer care is responding to my emails. 7 emails over 4 days with zero response from them at all. Really disappointing. EDIT: thanks for the response at the EOD 3 full days later, but your communication to me on the 6th was for a different order. check the subject line which clearly identifies the order in question which is still not resolved. EDIT: order still shows on my account as partially refunded. would be super to receive an email response and not communicate through the review.
