My husband tried the purple gel and is definitely pleased! He smokes and oves his black coffee, His teeth are absolutely several shades whiter! I have seen him smile again after years of being self~conscious:) Definitely recommending this to my extended family and friends.
Great Products and Effective Results!
I have used the Snow whitening system, toothpaste and Magic Powder for a few years now. It absolutely works in keeping my teeth white and my confidence in my smile high! It’s great how the company has grown over the years and now offers so many other products to support whitening and oral health! I’m ready to try a few other products that they offer, and just ordered the cordless whitening system and purple gel! Can’t wait to try them! Also, I find the team very responsive and supportive with questions and issues! It takes a couple of days to hear back, but they always respond and resolve any issues effectively and appropriately! I couldn’t access a page to order my new device online (could be a result of ordering from Canada) but the team provided a work around and I’m eagerly awaiting my new device!
Huge difference after 2nd Session
I’ve tried so many teeth whitening products, including the expensive stuff from my dentist and I have to say, Snow is the absolute best! I saw results after my 2nd treatment. It’s easy to use, gently on teeth, and does exactly what it’s intended to do. I’m over the moon with Snow! ❄️

I got a very quick, respectful, and helpful response when I reached out regarding an issue with a product.
There is no support on their side, nor will the item arrive...
I placed my order on the 30th of last month, and it still hasn’t shipped. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I have received no response. The website claims support replies "in a few minutes," but that is far from the truth. I've also tried emailing them without any success. It's been 16 days since I placed my order, and according to the Route app, the status is still just "order placed." I’m requesting a refund and believe leaving a review on Trustpilot might be the only way to get a response since they seem active here. I hope this review prompts a refund, as I would like my money back. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Snow to anyone. While I can't comment on the product itself, the customer service is terrible. I even wonder if it even exists... My advice: stay away from them. I hope I can at least save someone from making the same mistake. What a horrible experience, to say the least.

Order Issue Resolution
There was an issue with my order and they responded immediately to my inquiry. In less than 24 hours new product had shipped out and it was an upgrade from my original order.

I bought my product more than a month ago and still didn’t receive it. I can’t say anything besides my frustration. Can’t rate the product because I still don’t have it. I bough on April,2nd. It “was shipped” in April,3rd. I paid for the Route Package Protection which is an absurd, because once I buy it, it’s your obligation to make sure I would receive it. I decided to pay for it because at the moment you offered me, my gut feeling told me I shouldn’t trust.. Actually, I shouldn’t have bought anything…

Tried New Toothpaste I forgot to do before and after photos, but I can say in all honesty that this regimen WORKS! My teeth (especially near gum line) are definitely whiter! I’ve been using this product for years. Unfortunately, the mouth piece failed but Snow stands behind their product 100%. They are not only replacing it no charge but making it worth my while on top of it! Highly recommend 10/10
