We had wonderful experience with NBS. Only point is that their exchange policy is not very efficient, rather then sending item back for exchange, they ask to return the items, get the refund and then order a new product! This took really long. They also charge for return.

Excellent service

I could not speak any more highly of NBS if I tried. I have purchased many items from them from our travel system to smaller items and all of which I have received incredible customer service. I wish I lived closer to the store as can only imagine that it would be a pleasant experience also. The team have extremely good product knowledge, quick to respond to emails and generally very warm and friendly to speak to. NBS are also competitive for price however even if something was slightly more expensive I will always choose NBS knowing I am supporting a great company who’s staff are so helpful.
