Thankfully Natural Baby Shower had a phone line to call and an actual human being at the end of it, which was a major plus, as if this hadn’t been the case I would have been calling up my credit card company to get my money back. I placed an order on 4th January and didn’t receive my order until 31st December.

Absolutely appalled with this company, me and my partner purchased a travel system through them on the 14th November, with expected delivery a couple of days after the 10th December as they had no stock at the time. It's now the 2nd of January and we still have had no delivery despite contacting them twice via phone call. We are due to give birth on the 18th of January, we are 16 days away and still have no travel system and they still have no update for us. And to our surprise, the travel system has been in and out of stock 3 separate times since we placed our order. Absolutely shocking, and it's stress we definitely didn't need considering we placed our order with plenty of time before baby arrived.

Have shopped with NBS multiple times and never had any issues. Also gd customer service when we needed a pram wheel replaced under warranty.
