Ordered some last minute Christmas presents from here and managed to come within a few days! Seems like a great place to purchase tonie figures from so will be definitely be ordering some more soon!

Unfortunately there were problems with the supplier so chair was v late being delivered. Was kept up to date with progress though. DPD delivery was excellent!!!!!! Got it for Christmas!!!!

Order placed on 10th November for a car seat for newborn. Said stock expected 10th Dec. Send email for update as had nothing to be told would be between 10th and 20th December. Was reassured would be sent as priority as soon as it arrived. On the 23rd got an email to say some items had been dispatched. Missing the baby seat I now rather urgently need as due date fast approaching! Emailed, no reply, send FB message who acknowledged the email but wouldn't give me an update on date. No attempt to contact me to day the order would be delayed. Now trying to cancel my order as found item elsewhere than will be delivered early Jan. All the while they are still selling this item on sale!!! Out of stock since November 10th. Absolute joke!

Excellent experience. The store manager (Shermaine) was so knowledgeable and generous with her time. We could properly test everything out, and ask all the questions we had. Would highly recommend, in particular for first time parents.

Was very worried about my parcel. Contacted the customer service and was assured my parcel will be delivered after the 15th. It was delivered as promised.

Yoto arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We ordered a Gruffalo bundle with it and our grandson loves it! Delighted with cheaper price and excellent service.
