Ordered a Stokke highchair. Misguiding delivery-time, placed an order which stated “3 days delivery time”. Received it nearly 1 month later. We had to feed our baby on the floor during the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately will not order from them again

Took an absolute age for delivery and the false message promising a delivery on the 24th December did not come to fruition. Happy enough to take the money though... Don't accept the order and continue to delay if you know you're unable to supply the demand. Wouldn't use again.

Not worth the hassle. I have ordered from here a few times because they sometimes have good deals on. However it’s not worth the hassle! Each order i have paid £5 postage for delivery, and not be delivered to my house but to be picked up elsewhere! I’m sorry but £5 is a lot of money for me to travel to another town to pick up something I paid for postage for. This hasn’t happened on one occasion either and when I disputed this they offered me a postage refund and guess what it’s been two months and I still haven’t got a postage refund! I won’t be shopping here again I suggest you change your delivery service. Replying your reply - I have emailed you twice with my order number and name with no reply which led me to write this review

All good however the note on the card inside the gift is always left empty, regardless me leaving a message every time when ordering

The Stokke Tripp Trapp High chair and baby set arrived in perfect condition, love the colour fjord blue. Unfortunately it did not arrive on stated back order date and I didn’t have it in time for the big family get together that I’d planned to use it for. I had to do all the chasing to find out the reason for the delay. Whilst I received explanations on asking, it would have been better if NBS had kept me informed. The price was very competitive and NBS place the blame for delay on their supplier.
