Super quick & efficient delivery

Took three weeks to dispatch the order after purchasing. Had to chase for the order

Ordering was very easy. Updated on progress of parcel and delivery when stated.

I ordered a Toniebox with 4 characters and needed it soon so ordered next day delivery. It hadn't arrived so rang them up and Rob explained 2 of the tonies were out of stock so it would be sent when they were back in. I asked to change them and he said no problem. I rang back and Lois helped me to change the 2 tonies and it was sent that afternoon. It arrived the next morning so I couldn't be happier with their service. Will definitely return in future based on this experience and their reasonable prices. Support smaller businesses like these wonderful people, not your faceless multi-nationals that don't pay a penny in tax.

The gift I had ordered for my daughter arrived dented and scratched - Very disappointed with this.

I have ordered a few items as I have seen some some in a J. Lewis store, and loved the look of the products. I am a grandparent, and this time was ordering for a new grandson. My daughter unknowingly ordered one of the same products as me, so had to return one, which was easy to do.

Very good customer service. They informed me that it may be a little delayed but came within 3 days. It was the Tonie Box with 4 additonal characters and the rocket carry case. Wonderful product wonderfully packed and very happy would recommend highly. I went onto trust pilot before I ordered and they had very good reviews so very happy.

Ordered sunday was her by wednesday. Just right for tiny hands to hold.
