Packaging could have been better. Item was shipped just in its original manufacturers cardboard box with no waterproofing and no internal padding to stop it being damaged. Box arrived quite battered but contents inside (a childs bike seat and so quite robust) appeared to be, luckily, undamaged.

Magnetic keyboard delivered promptly and well packaged in fully recyclable material - that's a five star from me. I was kept up to date with delivery. I'm sure my little granddaughter is going to love this at Christmas.

I had a fantastic experience at the Bagshot store. As soon as I walked in I felt I was having a personalised service & the whole store environment was much better than going into a high street store. I was looking for a baby stroller & Shermaine showed me several, explaining each specification, without pushing any selling. She answered all my questions in detail and was happy for me not to buy anything on the day but shop around elsewhere. It was such a pleasant, personalised shopping experience and I recommend everyone to go there for any baby/toddler items. The stroller I bought arrived the next day by dpd, which was also a great service. Thank you so much Shermaine!
