Very good service they keep you updated on your order and mine was going to be a couple of days later than expected due to they was late getting them in but as soon as they was in I got it the next day and the delivery company kept me updated with tracking

My item was back dated due to insufficient stock stated before I had ordered my item on the website. I called the store and a lovely lady explained to me that the item would be shipped out and would receive it in a few days , it actually came earlier but was reassured it would arrive before a certain date which I was happy about . Lovely customer service ! Will be ordering again in the future !

Not impressed. Website is misleading. Ordered the item a week ago. Had no updates since so chased today only to be told that the item still hasn’t been delivered to them, and it will probably now been Friday. Then I’ll get a dispatch email once it’s out to me…. Somehow I don’t believe that…. It’s annoying as I was relying on having the item by now. Very tempted to cancel and buy elsehweee now! It doesn’t say the item is out of stock online so it’s all very misleading. Probably won’t use them again.
