Had stock and a better price than other retailers. Paid for a next day delivery and unfortunately the driver made no attempt to deliver but still marked the delivery down as no one in but it was to my work address so in fact very much open. No fault of Natural Baby Shower but when I made them aware of this they sorted it out for me and refunded my delivery cost.

I asked to cancel the order before it was dispatched but unfortunately they couldn’t . Even after I contacted DPD, who said that only the sender can cancel

Ordered the Bugaboo fox 5 limited edition in midnight green with the extras so the bag, cup holder, foot muff, rain cover etc so fairly expensive bundle. Can't complain at all about the speediness of delivery (with a few days!) but when it arrived and we opened it, we had received just the pushchair and car seat and none of the extras :/ Have emailed so hopefully hear back soon about the whereabouts of the extras that are missing. Edit: Originally gave 3 stars as thought the missing elements were not going to come. Had an email today though (emailed only last night) asking where the missing parts are, and they've said it will be coming soon as they needed to order this into warehouse separately! Very quick to get back, re-reviewed my original post, so can say I'm happy! Wish they would let us know the missing parts would be coming separately though!
