Ordered a car seat in store on 9 Nov. We were told it will be delivered on 12 Nov. But it was not. On 14 Nov called their support and was told it will be delivered on 21st. But it was not. On 22 Nov called them again. I was told it will be delivered before 1 Dec. We have missed 2 weeks of traveling with out baby. This is unacceptable. Even worse is that I have to chase them. I am not sent any emails or given calls about the situation. Their website says the order was fulfilled. Shocking! Update: 26 Nov cancelled the order and requested refund. Waiting for refund.
